This in-service training provide valuable guidance, insights and encouragement to professional teachers, monitors, administrative staff including school leaders. It is held in different venues every August to early September.
A two-day training for school leaders for spiritual encouragement, skill and personal development, organizational development and discussion on educational issues.
The annual summer training for school staff done during April to May of each year. During the training new and veteran school staff retrain to keep the axe sharp and be provided the necessary tools to operate the learning center of each school.
The training for new school leaders such as pastors, administrators, principals. Also serves as a refresher course for veteran school leaders who are required to retrain every five (5) years to "sharpen the axe."
