To help us make better preparations for training,
please follow these procedures for pre-registration.

1. Accomplish the School Registration Form.
2. You may drop the accomplished School Registration Form and make payment
   at the SOTP head office,or you may deposit payment and send the
   School Registration Form and deposit slip thru fax or email.

3. You will be informed by the Training Coordinator if your
   Pre-Registration has been received. Otherwise, you may call
   the office to verify.

1. The Holy Bible. We use the King James Version.
2. At least 2 pencils, a sharpener, an eraser, and a blue pen.
3. Intermediate pad (1 whole)

Registration will start at 7:00 a.m. on the first day.
Training will begin with the Opening Exercises every
day at 8:00 a.m. Trainees are required to attend every
day from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Should you have an
inevitable need to leave, miss a session, or be
absent for a day, please inform your Supervisor.
